Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and in receiving. You will process merchandise at receipt, replenish floor stock, and support pricing and signage while maintaining organized backrooms.

The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to Visual Merchandising standards, with physical duties and occasional truck unloading. Part-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to process and organize information per plan-o-grams.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to standards and using the inventory system.
• Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and stocked with supplies.
• Ensures backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
