Bass Pro Shops in Nashville is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide buying decisions. You will manage merchandise replenishment, pricing accuracy, and seasonal floor moves while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Ideal candidates excel in friendly communication, cash handling, and working with team members to deliver a legendary customer experience. Training will ensure product knowledge and store procedures are followed.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products and provide information to customers.
• Replenish and merchandise shelves per guidelines.
• Maintain pricing and signing and stay knowledgeable of advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocks.
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked with supplies.
• Provide a legendary experience by identifying customer needs and making recommendations.
