Job summary

ClearedDirect LLC is seeking an Airport Security and Operations Agent in Austin, TX. You will be responsible for ensuring safety and operational efficiency throughout the terminal, providing exceptional customer experience, and ensuring compliance with TSA regulations.

The position requires obtaining a Level Two Security License after the first 90 days and will involve inspections and responding to security alarms. Candidates must be able to work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Texas Driver's License within 90 days of employment).
• Must pass TSA Security Threat Assessment and Criminal History Records check.
• Must maintain federally mandated security clearance required to work at an airport.
• Be a U.S. citizen or prove right to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in tough conditions, such as hot and cold weather.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security throughout the terminal.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the airport.
• Screen goods per TSA rules and regulations.
• Compose incident reports when necessary.
• Perform daily inspections around the terminal.
