Job summary

National Aviation Services is hiring dedicated Building Maintenance Cleaners to perform airport janitorial functions at AUS International Airport in Austin, TX. The role involves cleaning offices, lounges, restrooms, corridors, jet bridges, and other areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for travelers and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass FAA background checks and security badge requirements; weekend/holiday work and occasional overtime

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• 3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must secure airport badges and pass FAA background checks if applicable.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays; overtime may be required.
• Valid driver's license as required by airport authority.

Responsibilities

• Clean, polish, and sanitize rooms, offices, lounges, restrooms, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, wax, and buff floors; clean carpets and upholstery.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment; clean windows and walls.
• Transport trash to disposal area and replenish bathroom supplies.
• Follow safety and security procedures to access restricted areas.
