Job summary

MFA Incorporated is seeking a general labor associate to support the fertilizer and crop protection facility. You will perform loading, unloading, mixing per label and work orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

We offer growth through cross-training and a supportive team culture. Applicants should be able to lift 50–100 pounds, work OT including weekends, and have basic computer skills; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–100 pounds and perform general labor duties in a fertilizer and crop protection facility.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies and label instructions.
• Basic computer skills are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, mix according to label and work orders.
• Manage inventory and keep a clean, safe working environment.
• Perform maintenance on equipment as needed and support Agri-Service operations.
