Job summary

Cotopaxi is hiring a Seasonal Retail Guide (Retail Sales Associate) for its Jackson, Wyoming store. This entry-level, part-time position runs August through October 2026 and offers $21.00 per hour plus bonus potential.

You’ll deliver warm, authentic guest experiences, share product knowledge, and help create a welcoming store environment. You'll engage with guests across gear and adventure discussions, assist with restocking and POS tasks, and contribute to a culture that embodies Cotopaxi's Do

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail or similar environments is a plus.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexible with hours including holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through their shopping journey with care, sharing product knowledge and experiences.
• Restock and maintain an inviting store environment.
• Operate the POS system to assist customers and process transactions.
• Support a collaborative, uplifting store culture and teamwork.
