Job summary

Savannah Technical College is seeking Seasonal Admissions Assistants to support the Admissions Office and guide prospective and current students through the admissions process. You will help ensure timely, accurate, and professional assistance during the application journey.

The position is temporary/seasonal, with initial duties in greeting visitors, answering inquiries, processing applications, and coordinating testing and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of related work experience preferred.
• Seasonal, temporary role in admissions office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective students, visitors, and campus guests.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person regarding admissions requirements and application procedures.
• Process student applications and prepare admissions files.
• Schedule placement and admissions testing.
• Maintain admissions materials and office supplies.
• Provide general administrative support to the Admissions Office.
• Assist with registration, graduation, and special enrollment events.
• Stay current on admissions policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
