Samaritans Purse is looking for experienced administrative assistants who are passionate about the proclamation of the gospel to join our Operation Christmas Child Processing Center Team!

A Day in the Life of an OCC Processing Center Administrative Assistant

• Work as an integral part of a team taking the gospel to children all around the world
• Manage the OCC volunteer database and registration process
• Perform a wide variety of in-season administrative tasks
• Answer and direct incoming ministry phone calls
• Serve as the main point of contact for volunteer inquiries and updates
• Maintain relationships with ministry partners
• Order and organize management staff meals

This is a full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays) seasonal commitment that runs from Mid-November through Mid-December. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess administrative experience, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry. Screening requirements include skills testing, a social media review, pastoral and professional references, and a criminal background check (upon acceptance of offer).
