National Western Stock Show seeks a Seasonal Accounting Assistant to support the Finance team during the Stock Show and events. You will handle accounts payable, vendor records in NetSuite, and month-end tasks with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

On-site schedule is four days a week February–November, with extended hours during Stock Show. Full compliance with company policies and strong Excel skills are required; prior accounting or finance experience is preferred and reports to the VP

Formación

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in financial operations.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable invoices and verify coding and approvals.
• Maintain vendor information in NetSuite
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel.
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Provide event-related cash handling and revenue reconciliation support.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, exhibitors, vendors, and guests.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
