Job summary

Frederick County Public Schools seeks a Long-Term Substitute Teacher for Grade 7 Math/Science. The position runs for about 2 months with hours 7:45AM–3:15PM, at $24.64 per hour, ASAP start and open until filled.

You will plan daily lessons, manage classroom environment, and apply diverse instructional methods to cover the core curriculum. The role requires an Associate degree or 60 college credits; preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's/Master's and MSDE certification with the appropriate

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits required.
• Possess MSDE teacher certification with appropriate content endorsement (preferred).
• Familiarity with FCPS policies, goals and programs; strong communication skills; reliable attendance.
