The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage operations, inventory, and guest relations in a fragrance-filled environment. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
