Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E) is seeking a Season Ticket Experience Manager to retain, grow, and manage the relationship and experience with Indiana Pacers season ticket holders. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of sales or service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow the seat holder base through renewals and upgrades.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and generate referrals.
• Coordinate events and manage budgets related to fan experiences.
• Develop client profiles and customize experiences for season ticket holders.
• Collaborate with Loyalty and other teams to achieve company goals.
• Plan and execute campaigns to grow loyalty and engagement.
