Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation’s Sunday River team is seeking a Rental Technician to join our busy ski and snowboard rental shop. This full-time or part-time position involves helping guests select and fit equipment, ensuring proper binding setup, and delivering exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment.

Knowledge of skiing or snowboarding is essential, and on-the-job training plus binding certification will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior training required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Knowledge about skiing or snowboarding is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time wearing uniform and timecard.
• Assist guests with equipment fitting and binding operations.
• Verify that rental forms are completed and signed.
• Explain binding operation and ensure proper adjustments.
• Maintain clean work areas and assist shop staff.
