Job summary

Town of Barnstable Recreation is seeking Volleyball Recreation Assistants for our Fall Youth Volleyball Program. This seasonal role involves supervising and coaching youth in grades 2-5, delivering age-appropriate instruction and drills according to Recreation Division standards.

The position emphasizes supervision, practice planning, sportsmanship, and safety. Prior volleyball experience and First Aid/CPR/AED certification are preferred.

Qualifications

Hourly Rate: $ 15.00 - $15.50 (no benefits)

Job Summary:

Barnstable Recreation is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to serve as Volleyball Recreation Assistants for our Fall Youth Volleyball Program. This seasonal role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children and have a passion for volleyball.

Recreation Assistants are responsible for leading and supervising volleyball activities, ensuring a safe and positive environment for participants in grades 2-5. Assistants will deliver age appropriate instruction and drills in accordance with the Recreation Division's standards and policies.
