Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on search systems and information retrieval.
• Experience building production-grade search clusters with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch/Solr.
• Deep understanding of Lucene internals, indexing strategies, and query DSL.
• Experience with relevance tuning, BM25, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in hybrid and distributed search architectures.
• Advanced English proficiency.
