Google is seeking a Search Product Specialist for gTech Ads Customer Support in the Search Center of Excellence. The role focuses on acting as a technical SME, driving optimization of AI-assisted troubleshooting tools, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve customer journeys for Search and Performance Max campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME to operationalize and evaluate AI-assisted troubleshooting tools and agents.
• Drive knowledge dissemination, playbooks, and upskilling programs across global L2 Search communities and expert hubs.
• Channel support insights and telemetry into systemic product, tooling, and process enhancements in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Partner with Sales, Global Customer Care, Large Customer Sales, Google Customer Solutions, and Design Tech to streamline customer journeys and reduce operational drag.
• Deliver deep troubleshooting and root-cause resolution for high-stakes customer escalations across Search and Performance Max.
