Custom Fabricating & Repair, Inc. is seeking a motivated seamer operator for the Marshfield, WI campus. The role involves reading blueprints, verifying production orders, and operating seaming equipment to meet print specs.

TIG welding skills are a plus, with potential ASME certification as needed. Compensation includes benefits and a 401k plan, with weekly pay. You will perform measuring, cutting, and welding tasks, roll plate components, and maintain safe, efficient production in a fast-paced

Formación

• Read and interpret job specifications, shop drawings and blueprints.
• Able to read measuring devices and perform basic arithmetic.
• Welding experience; TIG welding desirable.
• Willing to acquire ASME certification for welding as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret job orders and blueprints to determine requirements.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to keep safety standards.
• Operate seaming equipment and perform cutting/hemming to blueprint dimensions.
• Weld sheet and plate steel using TIG/plasma processes as required.
• Use plate rolls to form components to print specifications.
