Job summary

ConeCraft LLC in Mount Vernon, MO is seeking a skilled Seam Welder/Roll Operator/Shell-Cylinder Fabricator to join our fabrication team. You will perform high-quality welding, precise roll operations, and shell-cylinder fabrication for pressurized stainless-steel tanks.

Applicants must have stainless-steel fabrication/welding experience (FCAW, MIG, TIG, SMAW), read blueprints, and maintain safety standards; a 3G weld test is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with stainless-steel fabrication and multiple welding processes.
• 3G Weld test is required.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and ASME standards.
• Proficient use of measuring tools for QA and precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate seam welder to join sheet metal per blueprints and specs.
• Run roll machines to form stainless-steel components precisely.
• Fabricate shell-cylinders and related parts for pressurized tanks.
• Inspect parts, use calipers/micrometers, and ensure tolerances.
• Maintain safety protocols and clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time project completion.
