Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Maintenance/Sealing Operator for the Bistro production room to operate and maintain sealing machine equipment. The role directly impacts line efficiency by increasing production, reducing rework and minimizing downtime.

Candidate will perform inspections, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure quality as products proceed through sealing equipment, while upholding a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections for quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance of the equipment when applicable.
• Basic troubleshooting.
• Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Manage and reduce waste (product giveaway) by use of scale system.
• Communicate and educate other associates to maintain product quality as it enters sealing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow and enforce the 5S Methodology including maintaining tools and equipment as defined by 5S.
• Perform other duties as assigned
