Job summary

WAUSAU TILE LLC is hiring a Seal Room Operator for our Site Furnishing department. You will seal and stain products, set up equipment, and ensure accurate staging for storage or shipment.

This role requires operation of forklifts and overhead cranes, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to work on multiple shifts with collaborative teamwork in a manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. Training on related areas is provided to build versatility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Prolonged standing, bending, and climbing ladders as required.
• Cross-train in Acid Bay and blast room operations for backup.
• Commitment to safety and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Seal and stain products in the seal room to specification.
• Operate spray equipment and calibrate booth controls.
• Load, stage, and transport products using forklift and overhead crane.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the seal room.
• Cross-train in other areas to provide backup.
