Career Team is seeking a SEAL Coordinator in Waxahachie, Texas, responsible for coordinating the VR SEAL program and supporting SEAL trainees. This full-time position involves training, outreach, and compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in case management, and strong communication skills. The role requires 100% onsite attendance and provides a pay rate of $17–$19/hour along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in training, counseling, or case management.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the VR SEAL program activities.
• Conduct Work Readiness training with VR customers.
• Manage timesheets and payroll processes.
• Ensure Child Labor Law compliance during worksite activities.
• Provide necessary information for SEAL trainees for successful engagement.
