Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a dedicated operator for the Bistro production room to run and maintain the sealing machine equipment. The role emphasizes ensuring line efficiency, reducing rework, and minimizing downtime within a fast-paced plant environment.

Key responsibilities include performing inspections, basic preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and communicating with colleagues to uphold product quality as ingredients move through sealing equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections for quality.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance of the equipment when applicable.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of sealing machine equipment.
• Monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Manage and reduce waste by using the scale system.
• Educate other associates to maintain product quality entering sealing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to the 5S Methodology.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
