• Surface Preparation: clean, sweep, crack seal, and prepare surfaces for sealcoating.
• Sealcoating Execution: assist in applying sealcoating for uniform coverage and professional finish.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment.
• Site Safety: adhere to safety protocols and use PPE to ensure crew and public safety.
• Project Delivery: work with the team to meet schedules and communicate with foremen.
• Physical Demands: perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs.
