Job summary

Paved Assets in Raleigh, NC is seeking a detail-focused sealcoating technician to join our maintenance crews. You will prep, clean, and mask surfaces, then apply sealcoat by spray and squeegee, ensuring a clean, durable finish.

Schedule is Mon–Fri with some weekends and occasional night shifts; overtime during peak seasons. Advancement paths include Crew Lead on maintenance crews or cross-training into paving, with year-round opportunities.
