Job summary

REGENT is building the Seaglider program and seeking a Program Manager for Viceroy to own the schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional execution from design gates through build and test. You will partner with the Chief Engineer and VP of Programs to ensure clear gate readiness and disciplined execution.

You will shape the program cadence, align Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Certification behind a single plan, and establish an actionable risk-and-issue process with early

Qualifications

• Must have deep experience managing complex hardware programs, including vehicle-level programs or major integrated systems through gates (PDR/CDR).
• Ability to build and maintain IMS with a critical path and credible baselines.
• Proven track record in risk processes that influence decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule, budget, and risk posture for the Viceroy program through PDR/CDR to build/test.
• Develop a credible IMS with cross-functional dependencies and a controlled baseline.
• Lead risk management with timely mitigations and decision dates to avoid crises.
