Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Seafood operations. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the facility and equipment to ensure product quality and process integrity, with daily duties including sorting, box making, packing, and general cleanup.

The Third Shift (10pm–7:00am) offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• One year of cleaning in a food processing environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Communications: English or Spanish verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute daily workload safely, accurately, on-time, and on-budget.
• Actively offer feedback and suggestions for improvement to the Production Supervisor.
• Embrace and understand the data driven approach utilized in the production room.
• Be a daily supporter of Fortune’s mission/vision/values.
• Maintains cleanliness of production area and equipment.
• Follows company policies to ensure food safety and quality. Works to maintain and improve the sanitation process at Fortune.
• Will use appropriate cleaning solutions during the sanitation process
• Maintains accurate records of cleaned areas in accordance with SOP.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Fortune Team Members.
• Other duties as assigned
