• Maintains accurate department signage and pricing.
• Keeps back stock organized and in order.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized work and shopping environment.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps samples full, clean and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, drains as required.
• Skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; boxes, labels and dates cooked fish.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service; addresses customer needs and uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, stocking, and merchandising.
