Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented team member to prepare and display seafood items, assist customers, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities include customer service, proper food handling, temperature monitoring, inventory upkeep, and adherence to Health Department regulations. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

Wait on customers and provide quality foods promptly and cheerfully.
Be polite, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
Communicate with customers and associates.
Unload, display, and store merchandise per company standards and health policies.
Monitor temperatures and product quality to ensure freshness and safety.
Keep areas clean and well organized, including backrooms and coolers.
Maintain equipment, signage, and proper space allocation for merchandise.
Sanitize cookware and utensils per policies and procedures.
Operate cash register following company procedures.
