Whole Foods Market in Harmonville, PA is seeking a Seafood Team Member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. You will provide courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members, while following SOPs and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include keeping displays clean and stocked, maintaining signage and pricing, assisting with sampling, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment.

Mansioni

• Ensure a fresh, appealing display by checking quality, keeping cases clean and stocked, rotating and removing out‑of‑date products, filling ice tables, and performing other duties.
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organized working and shopping environment.
• Assist with sampling program; keep sample areas full, clean, and appealing.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, smokers, floors, and drains as required.
• Skin, bone, and cook or smoke fish; box, label, and date cooked fish.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, address needs promptly, and model suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; maintain equipment per safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure pricing accuracy.
• Immediately report safety hazards and violations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
