Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh, appealing display and stocked cases.
• Maintains signage and pricing accuracy.
• Performs cleaning, sanitation, and safety tasks as required.
• Skins, bones, and prepares fish for sale; labels and dates cooked fish.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers customer needs promptly.
• Supports sampling program and maintains clean sample areas.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and reports hazards.
