Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Massachusetts seeks a Seafood Team Member to support counter service, stocking, and sanitation in the seafood department. You will ensure a safe, clean, and appealing shopping environment while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, pricing accuracy, sample program support, inventory checks, and timely customer guidance. Ability to lift, work nights/weekends/holidays, and operate common kitchen tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, appealing display; keep cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Maintain signage and pricing accuracy.
• Keep back stock organized.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Assist with sampling program; keep areas clean and appealing.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, drains as required.
• Prepare fish: skin, bone, cook or smoke; label and date cooked fish.
• Assist with inventory checks.
• Be punctual, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking and merchandising.
