Bearflag Fish Co. is excited to open a new location in Costa Mesa in summer 2026! We are looking for a Seafood Specialist to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest quality and freshness of seafood products.

This role involves assisting customers with selections, ensuring a clean and safe workspace, and monitoring product freshness. The ideal candidate will have prior seafood handling experience and excellent knife skills, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in seafood handling or culinary prep required.
• Skilled knife handler with excellent technique.
• Strong knowledge of seafood varieties and preparation methods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities
