Job summary

Pacific Seafood in Seward, NE is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily operations on the Res Bay Processing team. You will develop team member schedules, coordinate duties, train staff, and monitor production deadlines to ensure product quality and on-time fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and an effective communicator with at least one year of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate team member duties to meet production goals.
• Provide team member training and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Monitor production quality and inventory accuracy; verify deadlines.
