Qualifications

• Entry level position. No minimum qualifications.
• 1 year experience in food manufacturing.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, scraps, and trims product.
• Opens and removes raw materials and places on belts.
• Segregates product on conveyor belt or table by grade, color and size.
• Cuts and portions frozen fish blocks using a band saw; inspects product quality and maintains clean area.
• Discards cull items and foreign matter.
• Packs product in boxes, crates, or baskets for storage or shipment.
• Operates machines to move seafood from place to place.
• Follows safety and environmental policies.
