Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as pantry or cold food prep in a high-volume restaurant setting is strongly preferred.
• Previous line cook experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working across different kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate cold appetizers, composed salads, garnishes, and sauces.
• Execute mise en place including butchering seafood, prepping vegetables, and organizing components.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines for seafood and raw bar items.
• Support other stations and contribute during busy service periods and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and ensure timely execution of dishes.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistency and precision.
• Uphold Max Fish's culinary standards.
