Specialty Restaurants Corporation is hiring a Pantry Cook for its Fort Lauderdale location. The role focuses on cold and pantry menu items, ensuring quality, presentation, and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work with kitchen team, follow recipes, set up pantry station, and maintain high standards. Must have at least 2 years in similar role; certification optional; strong teamwork and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare salads, appetizers, sandwiches, desserts, sauces, dressings, and other pantry items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, portioning, and plating procedures.
• Set up and stock the pantry station before service and maintain proper product levels throughout the shift.
• Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
• Communicate effectively with cooks, chefs, servers, and management during service.
• Monitor food quality and freshness and notify management of any concerns.
• Assist with prep and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Follow all recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
