Qualifications

• Experience not required in seafood processing or manufacturing.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a cold, wet environment.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility for early shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pack and process seafood according to quality and safety standards.
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and weight.
• Operate packaging equipment and production line machinery as needed.
• Label, sort, and organize finished products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory as directed.
