Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Use selling skills and merchandising programs to enhance customer interaction and maximize sales.
• Greet customers and assist with seafood/meat selections; handle special orders.
• Prepare knife-ready products (slice, trim, wrap, weigh and price) to standards.
• Assist in receiving, inventory and storage; stock and rotate items.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in prep areas, coolers, freezers and sales floor.
• Ensure products are in date and communicate customer requests to management.
