Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is hiring a Cook to join our busy kitchen. You will set up prep and line stations, stock, and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace while ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients.

You’ll prep, season, and cook according to recipes and assist other cooks during peak periods to help the team succeed. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and adherence to recipes and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and stocking prep and line stations.
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Prepping, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes and quantity calls.
• Maintaining portion control and observing safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
• Substituting for or assisting other cooks during peak periods.
