Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• 3+ years experience as a sous chef/kitchen manager.
• High school graduate.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties to set up the day for success.
• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
• Support preparation of all menu items for service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of stations and service areas.
• Alert Chef to deficiencies or safety hazards.
• Develop kitchen crew for cross training and promotion.
• Lead menu rollouts, seasonal items and recipe changes.
• Support corrective action plans for the kitchen.
• Participate in interviews and selection of new kitchen staff.
• Interact with guests for feedback and special requests.
