Qualifications

• Experience in seafood department or fish market preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh fish varieties, handling and preparation.
• Strong knife skills and ability to fillet and portion seafood.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock, arrange, and maintain the fresh fish display.
• Monitor freshness, rotation, and icing of all seafood items.
• Assist customers with seafood selection and preparation tips.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in the seafood department.
• Operate and clean department equipment including slicers, scales, and knives.
