Responsibilities

• Direct, support and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the Seafood department.
• Develop department scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Plan, organize and supervise inventory process and pricing changes.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Partner with store management to implement a department business plan and achieve goals.
• Inform and educate department associates about current promotions and store directives.
• Prepare seasonal critiques for the sales and merchandising supervisor.
• Monitor expenses for the department and assist in budget preparation.
