Job summary

J.J. McDonnell is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Elkridge, MD to deliver exceptional service to Foodservice and National Retail customers. The role combines customer service, data entry, and sales support to ensure accurate orders and timely communication.

The incumbent will use SeaSoft ERP and Cut & Dry, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with transportation, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or order fulfillment is valued.
• Proficiency with SeaSoft ERP and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-in customer interactions professionally.
• Enter and verify orders, adjustments, and credits in SeaSoft and ERP systems; maintain pricing lists.
• Coordinate with transportation and operations to ensure timely deliveries; work with warehouse for allocations.
• Process orders from entry to delivery, including substitutions when needed.
