Morrisons Market Street is seeking a Fishmonger for our fresh fish counter. You will scale, skin, fillet and pin bone fish to company specs, helping in-store and online shoppers prepare delicious seafood.

Qualifications

• Competent in cleaning, preparing, filleting, pin boning, scaling and gutting fish to customer satisfaction.
• Engages with customers to provide cooking advice and product knowledge.
• Maintains safe, clean work areas and follows allergen procedures.
