• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, and floors as required.
• Skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; labels and dates cooked fish.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
