Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing display; keep cases and shelves clean and stocked.
• Maintains signage and pricing accuracy.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps area full and tidy.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, drains.
• Preps, skins, bones, and cooks or smokes fish; labels and dates cooked fish.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Punctual, groomed, and prepared for shifts; attends trainings and meetings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
