Minimum Requirements:
- Effective written and oral communication skills that engage customers and colleagues.
- Ability to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, and bulletins.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, present information professionally, and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Personal initiative and follow-through to completion.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in production, merchandising, and customer service related to merchandise sales.
- Capability to work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate all production equipment carefully.

- Experience in grocery retail, customer service, and food preparation.

- Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods in compliance with standards and policies, including Food Safety and Health Department regulations.
- Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality, freshness, and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
- Keep carts, tools, equipment, and supplies properly stored.
- Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies and regulations.
- Maintain proper signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained safely and properly.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Operate cash register according to procedures, if applicable.
- Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
