Prepare and display Seafood items for sale in an efficient, sanitary, and artistic manner in accordance with company standards and policies. Perform customer service functions and follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Wait on customers and counter promptly and cheerfully, providing them with quality foods.
2. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
4. Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods following company standards, recipes, and policies, ensuring compliance with Food Safety Policies and Procedures and Health Department regulations.
5. Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality, freshness, and safety.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales areas, backrooms, and coolers.
7. Keep carts, tools, equipment, and supplies in designated areas.
8. Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils following company and health policies.
9. Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, and space allocation for merchandise.
10. Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained properly and safely.
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
12. Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
13. Operate cash register following company procedures, if applicable.
14. Perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
