Responsibilities

• Model the 3A’s of Friendly: acknowledge, assist, and appreciate our Customers
• Promote corporate brands to customers
• Foster trust and respect among associates
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product suggestions
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist with produce platters/trays
• Inform customers of specials and recommend items
• Properly prepare, package, label, and inventory merchandise
• Inspect products for quality and freshness, and take appropriate action
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise; report discrepancies
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads
• Maintain proper temperatures and logs in cases and coolers
• Follow safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and report safety risks or incidents
• Manage conflict in a nonconfrontational manner and act with honesty and integrity
• Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
