Job summary

Heinen’s Grocery Store in Brecksville, OH, is seeking a Retail Professional to help uphold the Heinen’s Diamond Difference standards. You will contribute to premium service, product knowledge, and a clean, organized department, aligning with our associate-first culture.

You will learn best practices, attend vendor calls, and participate in training; opportunities for promotion exist as we grow the seafood team and support a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
• Acquire and share knowledge of Seafood Department.
• Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
• Responsible for working as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings, vendor calls, and training classes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
